1 Parties and Scope
These Terms of Use constitute a digital agreement between Poyralgo ("Sorceva", "we", "app owner") and the individual using the app ("User").
Sorceva is operated by Poyralgo.
These terms govern the use of the Sorceva mobile application, website and related services. The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply.
2 Description of Service
Sorceva is an AI-powered mobile application offering the following services to students preparing for YKS (TYT/AYT), KPSS and LGS exams:
- AI-powered question bank and topic-based question solving
- Personalised study plan and AI coach suggestions (coming soon)
- Mock exams and detailed performance analysis
- XP (experience points) and level system
- Daily missions and study streak tracking
- Weekly league system and leaderboard
- Activity heatmap and topic-based statistics
- Adding friends, user search, public profiles and the friends leaderboard
- Estimated exam score and ranking prediction based on performance
The app is provided "as is". While maximum care is taken regarding content accuracy, absolute accuracy is not guaranteed.
3 Account Creation and Security
- You must be at least 13 years old to register. Users under 18 must obtain parental/guardian consent.
- You must register with accurate and current information. Use of misleading information may result in account termination.
- You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone.
- Sorceva cannot be held responsible for unauthorised transactions on your account.
4 Subscription and Payment
Sorceva offers two usage plans:
Free Plan
Certain daily usage limits and basic features.
Premium Plan
Unlimited access, advanced analytics, additional content and premium features.
- Subscription fees are charged at the current prices stated within the app.
- Current prices: Monthly ₺119.99 | 6-Month ₺599.99 (₺99.99/mo) | Annual ₺959.99 (₺79.99/mo)
- Subscriptions on Android devices are processed through the Google Play Billing system.
- On iOS devices, subscriptions and payments are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
- Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the selected period.
- Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through Google Play or App Store account settings.
- Refunds are subject to the relevant app store's policies. Sorceva does not directly process refunds.
- Prices may be updated from time to time. The current period is not affected; users will be notified at least 30 days before any change.
5 Usage Rules
The following are strictly prohibited when using the app:
- Using the system with automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.)
- Calling the API with unauthorised access or bulk-extracting question content
- Attempting unauthorised access to other users' accounts
- Distributing malicious software or code that threatens the integrity of the app
- Reproducing or distributing copyright-protected content without permission
- Any action that violates the Turkish Penal Code or other applicable legislation
In the event of violation of these rules, your account may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
5A Community and Social Features
The app includes social features such as user search, public profiles, friends and the friends leaderboard. When using these features:
- Your username is visible to other users. You may not use usernames that impersonate another person or organisation, or that are misleading, obscene, abusive or hateful.
- Harassing, threatening, disturbing or spamming other users is prohibited.
- Abusing social features (e.g. sending unsolicited bulk friend requests) is prohibited.
- You acknowledge that your profile information (username, level, XP, streak, accuracy and optionally your predicted score) is visible to other users.
You can report an inappropriate username or behaviour by emailing [email protected]. All social conduct is additionally governed by the Community Guidelines.
6 Intellectual Property
- All content within the app (questions, explanations, design, logo, software code) is the exclusive property of Sorceva and is protected under copyright law.
- Users are granted only a limited, non-transferable licence for personal and non-commercial use.
- Copying, distributing or using content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
7 Artificial Intelligence and Content Accuracy
Sorceva uses the Anthropic Claude AI model for question generation.
- All questions in the app are original content prepared by Sorceva with AI support. The app does not contain exam questions prepared by ÖSYM, MEB or any official body.
- AI-generated questions are subject to editorial review before publication. Despite this, content may contain errors; absolute accuracy is not guaranteed.
- Estimated exam scores and ranking predictions are statistical estimates only; they do not guarantee your actual exam result and are not based on official ÖSYM data.
- We recommend consulting official sources before making important decisions.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Sorceva cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
- The service is not guaranteed to operate without interruption or error.
- No responsibility is accepted for exam or learning outcomes achieved by the user.
- Our liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid by the user in the last 12 months.
9 Account Deletion
- Account deletion can be carried out via Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- The deletion request is processed immediately; all your personal data and performance history are permanently removed.
- No data is retained except payment records subject to legal retention obligations (10 years).
- If you have an active subscription, access continues until the end of the current period; automatic renewal is stopped.
Users may also submit account deletion requests by sending an email to [email protected].
10 Service Changes and Termination
- Sorceva reserves the right to change, update or remove any feature of the service without prior notice.
- In the event of complete termination, users will be informed at least 30 days in advance and remaining subscription fees will be refunded.
- Accounts of users who violate the terms may be terminated without notice.
11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
- Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between the parties.
- It is recommended to seek written resolution via [email protected] before initiating legal proceedings.
12 Changes to Terms
The terms of use may be updated from time to time. When significant changes are made, you will be notified via in-app notification and/or email. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Requests will be responded to within 5 business days at the latest.
14 Force Majeure
Sorceva shall not be held liable for interruptions to the service caused by natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government decisions, infrastructure failures, third-party service outages (Supabase, Google Play, Anthropic etc.) or other events beyond its reasonable control.
15 Service Level and Outages
- Sorceva does not guarantee a specific uptime percentage.
- The service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates or technical reasons.
- Sorceva accepts no responsibility for any data loss that may occur during outages.
16 User Content and Feedback
- Feedback, bug reports and suggestions submitted by users become the property of Sorceva and may be used to improve the service.
- Users represent that any content they submit does not infringe the rights of third parties.
